UX Workshop With Lego & Cronin

On Thursday March 29, we kicked off our new professional development breakfast series, The Download, with a UX workshop presented by LEGO and Cronin. Presented in partnership with UConn School of Business, the series dives into topics important to AD Club CT members and UConn MBA candidates.

During the first half of the session, we heard from Katie Lukas, Director of Digital Strategy & Technology at Cronin, and Tim Murphy, Global User Experience Manager (Global Ecommerce) at LEGO. They provided an overview of why UX is important to ROI and shared examples from their work in the field. We’re glad we left plenty of time for Q&A, because attendees had plenty of interesting questions!
