Association Resources (AR) is an Association Management Company located at Bishop’s Corner in West Hartford, Connecticut. In existence for over 33 years, we currently manage over 25 nonprofit clients including all their meetings and events (about 75 – board meetings, seminars, annual meetings, golf, etc.).
The Manager of Accounting, HR and Operations is a Full-time position.
Works closely with senior management on internal financial management and client invoicing. Responsible for administration of employee benefits and payroll. Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft Office experience. Experience with accounting software. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis background. Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer orientation. Personal leadership skills. Candidate must be able to work independently and solve problems. Accounting degree preferred. Some supervisory responsibilities.
