Position description



Responsible for the total creative product in all media with a strong expertise in digital including web sites and all forms of on line advertising; produces bold, strategic, persuasive messages in print, broadcast and digital media for our clients.  Work closely with Brand Managers to ensure concepts are on strategy and within budget. Regularly meet with clients to present, explain and defend your work.


Essential Functions

In general, most of the time will be spent in the following responsibilities:



Must also be able to work productively and harmoniously as a teammate with art directors, interactive designers and producers who share the responsibility on the given assignment. Understands marketing principles and the Creative Brief and is able to conceive and execute advertising consistent with the agreed strategy.



Comfortable presenting concepts to clients as well as internally to their peers and supervisors. Assist in preparing materials for a presentation.



Execution and production

Possess understanding of print, broadcast and digital production. Assess casting and work well with producers in television and radio. Responsible for booking and producing radio and proofreading own work.



Responsible for proofreading all copy for presentations, all subsequent revisions and final production phases.


In addition, the position involves other duties such as:

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required



  • 4-year degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or Communications.



  • Prior agency experience.



  • Computer literate.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.


**This is an exempt position.
